摘要
为了贯彻医学教育立德树人的根本目标,文章在分析儿科规范化培训实践课程的基础上,对思政教育融入儿科住院医师规范化培训课程设计理念、路径及实施方式进行探讨。并通过多元混合式教学模式,提出思政教育融入儿科住院医师规范化培训实践课程的路径,旨在为今后的课程思政方式提供经验参考。
In order to carry out the basic goal of medical education, we have established the ideological and political objectives of each chapter and discussed the refining and integration of the ideological and political elements. We put forward the path of integrating ideological and political education into the standardized training practice course of pediatric residents through the multi-mixed teaching mode. It is a process of continuous exploration to combine ideological and political education with standardized training of residents, and our teaching model provides experience for future ideological and political education.
