摘要
大运河江苏段河道中轴经历了一个从雏形到明确、从完善到突出、从低谷到新生的发展过程。这一过程中,得益于依河而设的漕运仓储、顺河而走的“天庾正供”、因河而驻的漕运机构和沿河而兴的商业城镇,运河中轴同时成为维系国脉的漕运中轴,又因其所承载的交融南北的文化交流作用成为多元一体、联结沟通的文化中轴。江苏“美丽中轴”的提出正是大运河江苏段从历史走向历史意识、从地理空间走向“凝聚性结构”、从文化符号走向国家认同的尝试,以此实现大运河江苏段从过去到现在再到未来的完美跨越,完成大运河面向当下的意义建构。
The central axis of the Jiangsu section of the Grand Canal has experienced a development process from rudiment to clarity,from perfection to prominence,from trough to rebirth.In this process,the central axis of the canal has become the central axis of water transport that maintains the lifeblood of the country,thanks to the warehouses built along the canal,the tribute grain delivered through the canal,the water transportation institutions stationed and the commercial towns prospering by the canal.And because it performs the function of cultural exchange between the north and the south,the central axis of the canal has become the cultural axis of integration,connection and communication.The proposal of Jiangsu"beautiful central axis"is an attempt to bring the Jiangsu section of the Grand Canal from history to historical consciousness,from geographical space to"Konnektive Struktur(connecting structure)"and from a cultural symbol to national identity,thereby helping the Jiangsu section of the Grand Canal make a perfect leap from the past to the present and then to the future,and completing the significance construction of the Grand Canal facing the present.
