摘要
黏土稳定剂对于水基压裂液性能有着重要的影响,常用黏土稳定剂有无机盐、阳离子表面活性剂、有机聚合物等,小阳离子型黏土稳定剂已成为近年来黏土稳定剂的开发方向。本文以环氧氯丙烷、二甲胺为主要原料,在四口烧瓶中通过加热、搅拌等制备了一种小阳离子型黏土稳定剂。开展了反应温度、环氧氯丙烷/二甲胺比例及反应时间对合成产物转化率影响规律的实验研究。实验结果表明,当反应时间为5h、反应温度为58℃、环氧氯丙烷:二甲胺单体摩尔比为1∶1.3时,反应效果较佳,转化率为92.8%。防膨实验结果表明,当小阳离子黏土稳定剂用量为2%时,防膨率为93.3%;当0.5%小阳离子黏土稳定剂与0.75%氯化铵复配时,防膨率为94.1%,防膨效果较好。
Clay stabilizer has an important impact on the performance of water-based fracturing fluids,which included inorganic salt,cationic surfactants and organic polymer,the development of small cationic clay stabilizer became new hot spot.A small cationic clay stabilizer was obtained in four flask with the Epichlorohydrin,Dimethylamine,where both of them was heated on the condition of stiring.Experimental study was carried out on the influence of conversion rate of synthetic products,which included reaction temperature,ratio of epichlorohydrin/dimethylamine and reaction time,etc.The experimental results show that the reaction effect is better and the conversion rate is 92.8%as the reaction time,the reaction temperature and the molar ratio of epichlorohydrin to dimethylamine was 5h,58℃and 1∶1.3.The anti-swelling experiment results show that the anti-swelling rate was 93.3%with 2%small cationic clay stabilizer.The anti-swelling rate is 94.1%by mixing 5%small cationic clay stabilizer with 0.75%ammonium chloride.
