物流信息化对物流业全要素生产率的影响——基于空间溢出效应分析 被引量:2

摘要 加大信息化技术在物流领域的应用,积极推进物流数字化发展对推动物流降本提效和交通运输高质量发展具有重要意义。基于2008—2020年我国31个省份的面板数据,用面板因子分析方法对物流信息化水平进行测度,并用固定效应的空间杜宾模型对物流信息化和物流业全要素生产率之间的空间关系进行测度。研究结果表明,物流信息化对物流业全要素生产率的提升具有显著的促进作用,且物流信息化对周边地区具有显著的空间溢出效应;物流信息化基础设施投入、物流信息化规模和物流宏观发展水平对本地区物流业全要素生产率的提升均具有积极作用;异质性分析发现,在直接效应中,物流信息化对物流业全要素生产率存在东、中、西部地区依次递增的积极影响,且对周边地区均存在积极的溢出效应,从各分指标来看,在东、中部地区物流信息化规模和宏观环境对本地区物流业全要素生产率均有积极影响,但在东部地区不具有正向溢出效应,中部地区物流信息化基础设施溢出效应为正,西部地区宏观环境并不具有正向直接促进效应,但具有正向溢出效应。为促进我国物流信息化高质量发展,从加大物流信息化投入、加强信息平台建设和政策协调力度方面提出了建议。 It is significant to increase the application of information technology in the field of logistics and actively promote the digital development of logistics for promoting the cost reduction and efficiency improvement of logistics and the high-quality development of transportation.Based on the panel data of 31 provinces in China from 2008 to 2020,this paper uses panel factor analysis method to measure the level of logistics informatization,and adopts the spatial Dubin model with fixed effects to measure the spatial relationship between logistics informatization and total factor productivity of logistics industry.The research results show that:Firstly,logistics informatization plays a significant role in promoting the total factor productivity of logistics industry and has the remarkable spatial spillover effect on the surrounding areas.Secondly,the input of logistics informatization infrastructure,the scale of logistics informatization and the macro development level of logistics play a positive role in promoting the total factor production of logistics industry in this region.Thirdly,heterogeneity analysis shows that,in the direct effect,logistics informatization has more positive effect on the total factor productivity of logistics industry with the order of eastern,central and western regions,and has the positive spillover effect on the surrounding areas.From the perspective of each sub-indicator,the scale of logistics informatization and the macro environment in the eastern and central regions have the positive impact on the total factor productivity of the logistics industry in the region,but there are not have the positive spillover effect in the eastern region,and the logistics informatization infrastructure in the central region has the spillover effect.The macro environment in the western region does not have a positive direct promotion effect,but has the positive spillover effect.The research provides empirical support for promoting the development of logistics informatization in China,and gives suggestions on increasing the input of logistics informatization,strengthening the construction of information platform and policy coordination.
