自然侵蚀环境下GFRP筋的力学性能试验研究

Experimental Study on Mechanical Properties of GFRP Reinforcement Under Natural Erosion Environment

摘要 通过模拟柴河入湖口处的水环境,研究玻璃纤维增强塑料(GFRP)筋在该侵蚀环境中的加速试验,探讨了不同侵蚀浓度下GFRP筋力学性能的变化规律。根据自然侵蚀和加速试验的相关性,分析不同水环境浓度下加速转化因子(ASF)时移回归方程。结果表明:在自然水环境下、5倍、10倍、20倍水环境浓度下浸泡180 d后,GFRP筋抗拉强度分别下降了2.8%、4.2%、7.2%、9.5%,抗压强度分别下降了38.0%、48.6%、50.2%、53.2%。对于GFRP在5倍水环境浓度下抗拉强度保留率、抗压强度保留率,加速老化与自然老化具有较好的相关度。 By simulating the water environment at the estuary of Chaihe River,the accelerated test of glass fiber reinforced plastic(GFRP) bars in the erosion environment was studied,and the variation of mechanical properties of GFRP bars under different erosion concentrations was discussed.According to the correlation between natural erosion and accelerated test,the regression equation of accelerated conversion factor(ASF) under different water environment concentrations was analyzed.The results show that the tensile strength of GFRP bars are decreased by 2.8%,4.2%,7.2%and 9.5 %,and the compressive strength are decreased by 38.0%,48.6%,50.2% and 53.2% respectively after soaking in natural water environment,5 times,10 times and 20 times water environment concentration for 180 d.For the tensile strength retention rate and compressive strength retention rate of GFRP at 5 times the water environment concentration,accelerated aging and natural aging have a good correlation.
