摘要
针对车灯盖零件的成型,设计车灯盖零件的热流道模具,通过面向制造设计(DFM)分析,对汽车车灯盖产品视图、型腔布局、主分型面、浇注系统等进行分析,根据DFM分析结果对产品进行热流道模具设计,提高模具设计的效率及降低模具设计的风险。通过DFM分析后,能有效快速地设计出符合要求的热流道模具。对于各种要求较高的汽车塑件的热流道模具都可以通过DFM分析,以便更快速、有效地设计出合理的热流道模具,提高模具设计的效率和后续的试模效率,降低整个生产周期。
For the molding of lamp cover parts,the hot runner mold for lamp cover parts was designed.The design for manufacturability(DFM) analysis was adopted to analyze the product view,cavity layout,main parting suface,gating system,etc.of the car lamp cover,and then the hot runner mold was designed for the product according to the DFM analysis,thereby improving the mold design efficiency and reduce the risk of mold design.By DFM analysis,the hot runner mold that meets the requirements can be designed effectively and quickly.For the hot runner molds of various automotive plastic parts with high requirements,DFM analysis can be used to design a reasonable hot runner mold faster and more effectively,improve the efficiency of mold design and the subsequent mold test,reducing the entire production cycle.
