新型双子表面活性剂的制备及其在注水井降压增注中的应用 被引量:2

摘要 针对低渗透油藏注水井长期注水开发后注入压力升高以及注水量严重下降的问题,室内以N,N-二甲基甲酰胺、乙二胺、马来酸酐和长链溴代烷为原料,通过两步法合成了一种新型双子表面活性剂GP-3,优化了其最佳合成工艺条件,并对其综合性能进行了评价。结果表明:当中间产物P和马来酸酐的物料比为1∶2.5(摩尔比)、反应温度为50℃、反应时间为8 h时,双子表面活性剂GP-3的产率可以达到55.7%。新型双子表面活性剂GP-3具有良好的降低表面张力和界面张力性能,当其加量为3 500 mg·L^(-1)时,可将模拟注入水的表面张力降低至25 mN·m^(-1)以下,界面张力值降低至10-3mN·m^(-1)数量级。GP-3良好具有润湿性能和降压增注性能,当注入0.5 PV质量浓度为3 500 mg·L^(-1)的表面活性剂溶液后,可以使目标区块储层天然岩心的注入压力降低30%以上。现场应用结果表明,目标油田注水井实施新型双子表面活性剂GP-3降压增注措施后,3口注水井的注水压力明显降低,注水量显著升高,起到了良好的降压增注效果。 In order to solve the problems of high injection pressure and low injection rate after long-term water injection development in low permeability reservoir, a new Gemini surfactant GP-3 was synthesized by two-step method with DMF, ethylenediamine, maleic anhydride and long-chain bromoalkane as raw materials in laboratory. The synthesis conditions were optimized and its comprehensive performance was evaluated. The results showed that the yield of Gemini surfactant GP-3 reached 55.7% when the molar ratio of P to maleic anhydride was 1∶2.5, the reaction temperature was 50 ℃ and the reaction time was 8 h. The new Gemini surfactant GP-3 had good performance of reducing surface tension and interfacial tension. When its dosage was 3 500 mg·L^(-1), the surface tension of simulated injected water was reduced to less than 25 mN·m^(-1), and the interfacial tension was reduced to the order of 10-3m N·m^(-1).GP-3 had good wettability, depressurization and augmented injection effect. When 0.5 PV 3 500 mg·L^(-1)surfactant solution was injected, the injection pressure of natural cores in the target block was reduced by more than 30%. The field application results showed that after the new Gemini surfactant GP-3 was implemented in the injection wells of the target oilfield, the injection pressure of the three injection wells was significantly reduced, and the injection water volume was significantly increased, so it had good effect of decompression and augmented injection.
