摘要
复杂井需要使用油基钻井液进行钻井作业,井壁黏附较多的油基钻井液或滤饼,易导致固井质量不佳。注水泥浆前使用清洗液对井壁进行冲刷清洗是提高固井质量的有效手段。针对清洗液的主要组成组分,研究了清洗剂、加重剂和掺入纤维材料对清洗效率的影响规律。结果表明:使用高效清洗剂对柴油乳化效果好,清洗剂体积分数越高,清洗效率越高。掺入加重剂后清洗液密度在1.5 g·cm^(-3)左右时清洗效率最高。掺入纤维可以提高清洗液清洗效果,当纤维长度为2 mm、质量分数为0.3%时清洗效率最优。对于清洗液组分来说,使用高效清洗剂、提高清洗剂的浓度、控制合适的加重剂用量、掺入适量的纤维有助于提高清洗效率。研究成果可为油基钻井液固井清洗液设计与利用提供参考与技术支持。
Complex wells need to use oil-based drilling fluid for drilling operations. Oil-based drilling fluid or filter cake with high viscosity on the well wall is easy to cause poor cementing quality. It is an effective way to improve the cementing quality to wash the well wall with cleaning liquid before injecting cement slurry. According to the main components of cleaning liquid, the influence of cleaning agent, weighting agent and fiber material on cleaning efficiency was studied. The results showed that the emulsifying effect of diesel oil was good when using high-efficiency detergent. The higher the volume fraction of detergent,the higher the cleaning efficiency. When the density of cleaning solution was about 1.5 g·cm^(-3) after adding weighting agent, the cleaning efficiency was the highest.When the fiber length was 2 mm and the mass fraction was 0.3%, the cleaning efficiency was the best. For the components of cleaning liquid, the use of high-efficiency cleaning agent, increasing the volume fraction of cleaning agent, controlling the appropriate weighting agent dosage, and adding suitable fiber were helpful to improve the cleaning efficiency. The research results can provide reference and technical support for the design and utilization of cementing cleaning fluid.
