摘要
油基钻井液在井壁形成的泥饼影响着后续固井作业质量。高效的泥饼去除处理剂是现场所亟需的。因此,本研究基于水包油型微乳液的特点,研制了一种高效的、润湿性反转能力强、热稳定性高且与水泥浆相容性好的冲洗液体系。考虑到日益严格的环保要求,使用植物油作为其中油相,选择阴离子表面活性剂与非离子表面活性剂复配形成植物油基微乳型油基钻井液冲洗液体系。使用该体系与常规表面活性剂的各相性能对比,对其润湿性能、泥饼去除能力、增溶能力以及与水泥的结合能力进行表征。研究表明所开发的体系在性能上明显优于表面活性剂型冲洗液,能够很好地满足现场需要。
The mud cake formed by oil-based drilling fluid on the wellbore affects the quality of subsequent cementing operations. Efficient mud cake removal treatments are urgently needed on site. Therefore, based on the characteristics of oil-in-water microemulsion, an efficient flushing fluid system with strong wettability reversal ability, high thermal stability and good compatibility with cement slurry was developed. Considering the increasingly strict environmental protection requirements, vegetable oil was used as the oil phase, and anionic surfactant and non-ionic surfactant were selected to form a vegetable oil-based microemulsion oil-based drilling fluid flushing fluid system. Using this system to compare the performance of each phase with conventional surfactants, it was characterized by wetting performance,mud cake removal ability, solubilizing ability and binding ability with cement. The research showed that the developed system was obviously superior to the surfactant type flushing liquid in performance and could well meet the needs of the field.
