摘要 为了精准探测低热水泥全级配混凝土微裂缝,提升混凝土构件的安全性能,研究基于超声波技术的低热水泥全级配混凝土微裂缝探测方法。选取最大粒径为160mm的骨料,利用钢木组合模具制备低热水泥全级配混凝土试块,利用挤压机挤压混凝土试块上的钢筋,制备混凝土试块的微裂缝。选取北京恒奥德仪器仪表有限公司的HAD-UP2000型多功能数字式超声波探伤仪作为探测仪器,利用时距法探测低热水泥全级配混凝土的微裂缝。试验结果表明,超声波探伤仪具有良好的复现性。超声波探伤仪的超声频率为60kHz,探测点间距增量为40mm时,超声波探伤仪可以精准探测碳化深度为1~5mm的混凝土微裂缝,超声波探伤仪探测混凝土微裂缝深度的探测误差低于0.05mm。混凝土试块内密实情况存在差异时,仍然可以精准探测低热水泥全级配混凝土试块的微裂缝。 In order to accurately detect micro-cracks in full graded concrete with low heat cement and improve the safety performance of concrete components,a micro-crack detection method for full graded concrete with low heat cement based on ultrasonic technology is studied.The aggregate with the maximum particle size of 160mm is selected,and the steel-wood composite mold is used to prepare the full graded concrete with low heat cement test block.The microcracks of concrete test block are prepared by extruding steel bar on concrete test block with extruder.The HAD-UP2000 multifunctional digital ultrasonic flaw detector of Beijing Hengode Instrument Co.,Ltd.is selected as the detection instrument to detect microcracks of full grade concrete with low heat cement by time distance method.The test results show that the ultrasonic flaw detector has good reproducibility.When the ultrasonic frequency of the ultrasonic flaw detector is 60kHz and the spacing increment of detection points is 40mm,the ultrasonic flaw detector can accurately detect the concrete micro-crack Carbonization depth 1~5mm,and the detection error of the ultrasonic flaw detector in detecting the concrete micro-cracks depth is less than 0.05mm.When the density of concrete test blocks is different,the microcracks of the full graded concrete with low heat cement test blocks can still be accurately detected.
