摘要
以俄罗斯主要生产地阿穆尔州作为研究对象,采用规模优势指数、效率优势指数、综合比较优势指数,对阿穆尔州大豆生产现状进行评价。结果表明:阿穆尔州大豆生产具有明显的规模比较优势、效率比较优势和综合比较优势,与其他主要农作物相比,规模比较优势、综合比较优势明显,而效率比较优势低于小麦和燕麦;阿穆尔州大豆生产的规模比较优势指数整体呈下滑趋势,效率比较优势指数基本保持不变,综合比较优势缓慢降低;中俄大豆贸易量显著负向影响阿穆尔州大豆综合比较优势指数,阿穆尔州大豆种植面积增长率明显低于俄罗斯的平均水平,是导致大豆生产综合比较优势下降的主要原因;中俄大豆贸易量显著正向影响阿穆尔州大豆的生产经济指标和种植结构。大豆价格与生产成本、生产利润、种植面积和种植比例显著正相关,说明大豆价格上升促进了生产利润的提高,但也导致生产成本随之增加,生产利润的提高导致农户种植大豆的积极性增加,从而扩大种植面积。以期为中俄大豆贸易深度合作提供理论依据。
Taking Amur State,the main soybean production area of Russia,as the research object,the current situation of soybean production was evaluated by using the scale advantage index,efficiency advantage index and comprehensive comparative advantage index.The results showed that the soybean production in Amur State had obvious scale comparative advantage,efficiency comparative advantage and comprehensive comparative advantage.Compared with other major crops,the scale comparative advantage and comprehensive comparative advantage are obvious,while the efficiency comparative advantage was lower than that of wheat and oats.The scale comparative advantage index of soybean production in Amur State had a downward trend as a whole,the efficiency comparative advantage index had basically remained unchanged,and the comprehensive comparative advantage had slowly decreased.The Sino-Russian soybean trade volume had a significant negative impact on the comprehensive comparative advantage index of soybean in Amur.The main reason for the decline of comprehensive comparative advantage of soybean production was that the growth rate of soybean planting area in Amur was significantly lower than the average level of Russia.The Sino-Russian soybean trade volume had a significant positive impact on the production economic indicators and planting structure of soybean in Amur.Soybean price was significantly positively correlated with production cost,production profit,planting area and planting proportion,indicating that the rise of soybean price had promoted the increase of production profit,but also led to the increase of production cost.The increase of production profit had led to the increase of farmers’enthusiasm for planting soybeans,thus expanding the planting area.It was expected to provide theoretical basis for the in-depth cooperation of Sino-Russian soybean trade.
