摘要
介绍了电动助力转向系统的工作原理并建立其动力学模型,针对特殊场地电动车进行助力特性分析,对不同类型的助力特性曲线进行对比分析,选择适合实验车辆的曲线类型,通过计算结合实车试验数据,利用Matlab软件进行曲线拟合,设计出适合场地电动车助力特性曲线。使用结果表明:设计出的助力特性曲线符合特殊场地电动车的实际应用要求。
This paper introduces the working principle of the electric power steering system and establishes its dynamic model,analyzes the power assist characteristics of low-speed electric vehicles in special places,and designs the power assist characteristic curves based on the polyfit function of Matlab and combined with the real vehicle experiments.The results show that the designed power assist characteristic curve meets the practical application requirements of low-speed electric vehicles in special venues.
