摘要
目的掌握汉中市3~12岁儿童身高特征及身材矮小发病情况。方法选取整群抽样调查的方法,于2019年3月至2020年9月抽取汉中市3~12周岁儿童总计13723名,收集所有儿童的年龄、身高、性别、地区分布等资料,并与2005年中国9市儿童体格调研数据制定的儿童身高标准进行对照分析。结果(1)汉中市3~12岁儿童身高特征:3~6岁城市和郊区男女儿童身高对比差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05),而7~12岁城市男生身高和女生身高均高于郊区,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);城市男、女生身高曲线对比,9岁以后女生身高逐渐高于男生;郊区男、女生身高曲线对比,9~10岁身高曲线重合,10岁以后女生高于男生。(2)与2005年中国九市儿童体格调研数据制定的儿童身高标准进行对照,汉中市6~12岁儿童身材矮小发病率为7.64%,男女童患病率分别为7.00%、7.69%;城市男女童患病率分别为5.71%、6.23%;郊区男女童患病率分别为8.84%、8.57%。结论汉中市3~12岁儿童平均身高总体均表现为随着年龄的增长而增高,平均年生长速度城市男童5.97 cm、女童6.26 cm,郊区男童5.65 cm、女童6.12 cm,身高生长特征符合一般生长发育规律。6~12岁郊区男、女童身高仍低于2005年全国九市儿童同龄身高水平,提示应进一步分析影响本地郊区学龄儿童的生长发育水平的因素,制定切实有效的干预措施。
Objective To understand the height characteristics and incidence of short stature in children aged 3-12 years in Hanzhong City.Methods A total of 13723 children aged 3 to 12 were selected from Hanzhong City from March 2019 to September 2020.The data of age,height,gender,and regional distribution of all children were col-lected and compared with the height standard of children in 9 Chinese cities in 2005.Results(1)Height characteristics of children aged 3-12 in Hanzhong City:there was no statistically significant difference in height between boys and girls aged 3-6 in urban and suburban areas(P>0.05),while height of boys and girls aged 7-12 in urban areas were significant-ly higher than that of those in suburban areas(P<0.05).The comparison of height curves between boys and girls in urban areas showed that the height of girls was gradually higher than that of boys after the age of 9;in suburban areas,the height curve of 9-10 years old overlapped,and girls were higher than boys after the age of 10.(2)Compared with the children height standard set by the children physical survey data in nine Chinese cities in 2005,the incidence of short stature in children aged 6-12 in Hanzhong City was 7.64%,and the incidence of short stature was 7.00%in boys and 7.69%in girls.The incidence of boys and girls were 5.71%and 6.23%in urban areas and 8.84%and 8.57%in suburban areas.Conclusion The average height of children aged 3-12 years in Hanzhong City increases with the increase of age.The average annual growth is 5.97 cm for boys and 6.26 cm for girls in urban areas and 5.65 cm for boys and 6.12 cm for girls in suburban areas.The height growth characteristics are consistent with the general growth law.The height of boys and girls aged 6 to 12 years old in suburban areas is still lower than the children height standard set by the children physical survey data in nine Chinese cities in 2005.It suggests that we should further analyze the factors affecting the growth and development level of local suburban school-age children and formulate effective intervention measures.
