光热发电对青海电网新能源消纳的影响 被引量:2

摘要 青海省新能源发电主要由光伏、风电构成,调峰运行困难。光热发电既是新能源又具有调节性,在提高系统新能源消纳占比的同时,可能对风电和光伏的消纳产生影响。以青海电网为研究对象,分析光热发电对青海电网新能源消纳的影响,研究光热发电在不增加新能源弃电率的情况下,提高青海电网新能源消纳占比的可行性。为模拟仿真光热电站跨日调节、储热放热的过程,采用基于数学优化的全时段生产模拟仿真程序,以周为尺度,计算全年8 760 h的系统运行状态,计及机组启停、水电跨日调节、抽蓄跨日调节、光热电站跨日调节等因素。研究成果可为青海电网的光热发展提供参考。 The new energy power generation in Qinghai province is mainly composed of photovoltaic and wind power, and it is difficult for load peaking. Concentrating solar power(CSP) is new energy with adjustability. While increasing the proportion of new energy consumption in the system, CSP may have an impact on the consumption of wind power and photovoltaics. This paper takes Qinghai power grid as the research object, analyzes the impact of CSP on the consumption of new energy in Qinghai power grid, and studies how CSP can increase the proportion of new energy consumption in Qinghai power grid without increasing the rate of new energy curtailment. In order to simulate the process of day-to-day regulation, heat storage and heat release of CSP stations, this paper adopts a full-time production simulation program based on mathematical optimization to calculate the system operating state for 8 760 h of full year on a weekly scale, taking into account the unit start-stop, inter-day regulation of hydropower, inter-day regulation of pumped storage, inter-day regulation of solar thermal power plants, etc. The research results can provide a reference for the development and development of CSP in Qinghai power grid.
