摘要
为了研究不同浓度的硼酸和硝酸钾引发剂组合对甜菜种子的影响,为其引发剂组合的筛选提供依据,以甜菜种子TD802为试验材料,采用9个不同浓度的引发剂组合引发处理甜菜种子,测定其发芽势、发芽率、发芽指数和活力指数。结果显示,处理时间为6 h时,处理1~6的发芽指标均高于对照处理组。处理后种子的发芽势与对照组相比,分别增加了10.33%、8.67%、9.00%、1.33%、2.53%和4.00%,最高处理比最低处理高10.33%。处理后种子的发芽指数与对照处理相比,分别提高了18.46%、14.86%、13.84%、10.05%、2.86%和4.02%,最高处理比最低处理提高了18.46%。其中0.10 g·L^(-1)硼酸与0.50 g·L^(-1)硝酸钾组合效果最好。不同浓度硼酸和硝酸钾组合对甜菜种子的萌发效果不同,0.10 g·L^(-1)硼酸与0.50~1.00 g·L^(-1)硝酸钾对甜菜种子萌发均有一定促进效果。
In order to study the effects of different concentrations of boric acid and potassium nitrate initiator combinations on sugar beet seeds and provide the basis for the selection of initiator combinations,the TD802 sugar beet seeds were used as the experimental material,and nine different concentrations of initiator combinations were used to initiate the treatment of sugar beet seeds.The germination potential,germination rate,germination index and vigor index were measured.The results showed that the germination indexes of treatments 1~6 were higher than that of control treatment at 6 h.Compared with the control treatment,the germination potential of the treated seeds increased by 10.33%,8.67%,9.00%,1.33%,2.53%and 4.00%,respectively,and the highest treatment was 10.33%higher than the lowest treatment.Compared with the control group,the germination indexes of the treated seeds increased by 18.46%,14.86%,13.84%,10.05%,2.86%and 4.02%,respectively,and the highest treatment increased by 18.46%compared with the lowest treatment.The combination of 0.10 g·L^(-1)boric acid and 0.50 g·L^(-1)potassium nitrate was the best.Different concentrations of boric acid and potassium nitrate had different effects on the germination of sugarbeet seeds.0.10 g·L^(-1)boric acid and 0.50~1.00 g·L^(-1)potassium nitrate had certain promotion effects on the germination of sugar beet seeds.
