摘要
基于窄轨变轨距动车组,在明确其转向架及车辆的基本参数、结构特点后,根据不同轨距下的速度等级等参数提出了一套制动系统方案,并对其制动系统装置结构布置、制动系统方案结构、电空配合制动方案、制动力分配进行了逻辑分析设计,最后对关键参数进行了初步校核,为窄轨变轨距动车组的整体设计提供了参考依据。
Based on the narrow changeable gauge EMU and after clarifying the basic parameters and structural characteristics of its vehicle and bogie,a set of brake system schemes are proposed according to the speed grades and other parameters under different gauges.The structural layout of the braking system device,the logic of the brake control unit,the electro-pneumatic hybrid braking scheme and the braking force management are analyzed,which provides a reference for the overall design of the narrow changeable gauge EMU.
