摘要
针对当前大口径长距离输水管线施工过程中存在的管理粗放等问题,以数字孪生理论为支撑,基于BIM+GIS、无人机倾斜摄影、物联网等技术,将3D建模场景与工程现场视频监控、物联网传感数据相结合,构建了管线施工数字孪生智慧管理平台,包括综合驾驶舱及质量、安全、进度、成本等管理功能模块。平台应用于某长输管线工程,通过对施工过程进行仿真推演、漫游巡视、预测预警和实时优化,提升了项目综合管控能力和智慧化水平,解决了诸多质量缺陷、安全隐患、成本失控等问题。
Aiming at the problems such as extensive management during the construction of large-diameter and long-distance water transmission pipelines,supported by the digital twin theory,based on BIM+GIS,UAV tilt photography,Internet of Things,simulation,multi-source data fusion and other technologies,combining 3D modeling scene with project site video monitoring and sensing data of Internet of Things,we construct a digital twin intelligent management platform for pipeline construction,which includes the following function modules:Integrated cockpit and management of quality,safety,schedule and cost.The platform has been applied to a long-distance pipeline project.Through simulation and deduction,roaming patrol,prediction and early warning,and real-time optimization for the entire construction process,the comprehensive management and control ability and intelligent level of the project were improved,and many problems such as quality defects,potential safety hazards,loss of cost control were solved.
