摘要
文章研究基于合同容量与用电量从散点图看为线性关系,引入线性拟合算法构建了农业电价执行、稻田排灌电价执行月用电量的异常阈值判别公式,为农业用电管理提供参考。
Based on the linear relationship between contract capacity and electricity consumption from the scatter plot,this paper introduces a linear fitting algorithm to construct the abnormal threshold judgment formula for the implementation of agricultural electricity price and the implementation of rice field irrigation and drainage electricity price.It provides reference for the agricultural electricity management.
