摘要
目的:对接骨板医疗器械不良事件报告的特点及规律进行统计分析,探索有利于预防接骨板医疗器械不良事件发生的方法。方法:采用回顾性分析方法,对贵阳市2019年~2020年收集的17例接骨板医疗器械不良事件报告进行综合分析。结果:医疗机构监测意识有待提高。患者术后非合理活动是接骨板类医疗器械不良事件主要原因。结论:对医疗机构开展有针对性的培训。患者术后科学运动有利于预防接骨板医疗器械不良事件发生。
Objective: The characteristics and regularity of adverse events of metallic bone plate were analyzed statistically. To explore the measures to prevent the occurrence of adverse events of metallic bone plate. Methods: With retrospective case study, analyze 17 reports of adverse events of metallic bone plate in Guiyang during 2019 to 2020. Results: Monitoring consciousness of medical institution needs to be improved. The main cause of the adverse events of metallic bone plate was the irrational activity after operation. Conclusion: Carry out targeted training for medical institutions. Postoperative scientific exercise is helpful to prevent the occurrence of adverse events of metallic bone plate.
