摘要
采用热电偶测量了X80钢管多道环焊接头焊接过程中的热循环,焊后采用盲孔法测量了焊接残余应力,建立了残余应力数值分析模型,并通过试验数据进行了校验,分析了层间温度偏离对残余应力的影响。研究结果表明:不同层间温度下,接头焊缝及热影响区拉应力较高,母材拉应力较低,在母材位置呈现拉-压应力转变。层间温度的改变对接头轴向应力的影响不明显,但对周向应力、等效应力的影响较大。当层间温度为248℃时峰值残余应力最低,考虑到经济和时间成本,生产实践中层间温度达到220℃时即可。
Thermocouple is used to measure the thermal cycle in the welding process of multipass girth welding joint of X80 steel pipe.After welding,residual stress is measured by blind hole method.The numerical analysis model of residual stress is established,and the effect of temperature deviation between layers on residual stress is verified by experimental data.The results show that at different interpass temperatures,the tensile stress in the weld and heat-affected zone is higher,while the tensile stress in base meta is lower,showing a pull-compression stress transition at the base metal position.The change of interpass temperature has no significant effect on the axial stress of the joints,but has a greater influence on the circumferential stress and the equivalent stress.Peak residual stress is lowest when the interlayer temperature is 248℃.Considering economic and time costs,the interpass temperature reaches 220℃in production practice.
