摘要
为有效评估南昌市环境承载力,选取15个可量化指标构建市区环境承载力评价指标体系,采用环境承载力相对剩余率法对研究区域2008-2019年的环境承载力进行评价。研究结果表明:(1)2008-2019年期间,南昌市综合环境承载力呈上升趋势,2018年和2019年的环境承载力处于可载状态,其他年份一直处于超载状态;(2)大部分年份准则层的相对剩余率小于0,资源环境方面仅2018年大于0,社会经济方面仅2017年和2019年大于0,部分指标已超过其允许的承载力限度,但均有变好趋势。(3)人均供水量、人均耕地面积、监测断面水质达标率和城镇化率4个指标发展良好,空气质量近两年变差,环境存在森林覆盖率低、环境治理不到位等。综合来看,南昌市区域内的资源环境与社会经济的发展不平衡。
In order to effectively evaluate the environmental carrying capacity of Nanchang city,15 quantifiable indexes are selected to construct the evaluation index system of urban environmental carrying capacity,and the relative residual rate method of environmental carrying capacity is used to evaluate the environmental carrying capacity of the study area from 2008 to 2019.The research results show that:(1)during the period from 2008 to 2019,the comprehensive environmental carrying capacity of Nanchang city showed an upward trend,whose values in 2018 and 2019 were in the loadable state but were in the overloaded state in other yeas;(2)in most years,the relative surplus rate of the criterion layer was less than 0,whose value in resource and environment was under 0 except for 2018 and in social economy was over 0 only in 2017 and 2019,and some indexes were beyond their allowable carrying capacity,but were in the postive trends;(3)the four indicators of per capita water supply,per capita arable land area,water quality compliance rate of monitored sections and urbanization rate developed well.The air quality began to deteriorate in the past two years,and such problems like low forest coverage and inadequate environmental governance occured.On the whole,the resources and environment in Nanchang were not balanced with its development of human society and economy.
