摘要
石油化工有大量的电缆桥架使用,但是由于石化生产环境恶劣,腐蚀性强,对电缆桥架的选型需要慎重考虑。本文主要分析了现阶段主要使用的金属桥架—钢制桥架、铝合金桥架、以及以钢板或铝合金为基材的复合桥架的防腐工艺、防腐能力以及成本分析等,以望能够为设计者提供更多的参考。
A large number of cable bridges are used in petrochemical industry,but due to the harsh petrochemical production environment and strong corrosivity,careful consideration should be given to the selection of cable bridges.This paper mainly analyzes the anti-corrosion technology,anti-corrosion capability and cost analysis of the metal bridges mainly used at this stage-steel cable tray,aluminum alloy cable tray,and composite cable tray based on steel plates or aluminum alloys,hoping to provide more reference for designers.
