摘要
房屋建筑行业通过融入绿色设计理念,符合社会发展趋势,有利于促进社会的可持续发展,具有十分深远的现实意义。文章对绿色建筑的基本概念进行介绍,提出绿色建筑设计原则,包括人本性原则、环保性原则、地域性原则和自然性原则,重点分析探讨绿色建筑设计要点,即能源节约、自然通风、充分利用周边环境、水资源节约和使用环保材料,以供相关人员参考。
By integrating the concept of green design, the housing construction industry conforms to the trend of social development and is conducive to promoting the sustainable development of the society, which has far-reaching practical significance. This paper introduces the basic concepts of green buildings, puts forward the design principles of green buildings, including human nature, environmental protection, territoriality and naturalness, and focuses on the analysis and discussion of the key points of green building design,namely, energy conservation, natural ventilation, making full use of the surrounding environment, water resources conservation and the use of environmental protection materials, for the reference of relevant personnel.
