摘要
本文介绍了八钢生产60Si2MnA弹簧钢生产工艺以及提高弹簧扁钢耐疲劳性能的方法。生产的工艺路径是转炉冶炼、LF精炼处理、连铸及型材厂轧制。转炉冶炼过程中,出钢C≥0.12%;LF精炼过程中,炉渣碱度控制在3.5~4.0,连铸过热度的控制,钢水过热度15~30℃,拉速控制1.8~1.95 m/min,钢坯堆垛保温缓冷时间不少于36h,轧制钢坯加热温度1100~1140℃,开轧温度1030~1050℃,钢材纯净度分析:夹杂物主要以B类、D类为主,夹杂物级别≤1.5级,脱碳层深度≤1.2%,各项性能指标均达到用户要求。
this pap introduces that production proces of 60Si2Mna spring steel and the method of improving the fatigue resistance of spring flat steel.The process route of production is converter smelting,LF refining treatment,continuous casting and rolling in profile plant.In that smelt process of the convert,tapping C is more than or equal to 0.12%;In the LF refining process,the slag basicity is controlled to be 3.0~3.5,the superheat degree of continuous casting is con-trolled,the superheat degree of molten steel is 15~30 deg C,the pulling speed is controlled to be 1.8~1.95m/min,the heat preservation and slow cooling time of steel billet stacking is not less than 36h,the heating temperature of rolled steel billet is 1100~1140 deg C,and the initial rolling temperature is 1030~1050 deg C.Purity analysis of steel:inclusions are mainly of Class B and Class D,inclusion grade≤1.5,depth of decarburized layer≤1.2%,and all performance in-dexes meet the requirements of users.
