摘要
本研究运用文本分析法与访谈法,对湖北武汉市两所幼儿园共15个班的家园互动群与家师私信聊天记录进行检视、分析,并对15名教师、15名家长进行半结构式访谈。结果发现,当前基于社交网络的家园互动处于积极互赖、消极互赖与无互赖并存的状态,家园互动的应然样态与实然之境之间存在较大差距。这主要和家长与教师权责失衡、信任缺失,以及教师的家庭教育指导能力及其支持不足有关。建议家长处理好“合法参与”与“适度参与”的关系,教师兼顾好“服务家长”与“引导家长”的双重职责,家园之间形成稳定、长效、多元的互动机制,以此促进基于社交网络的家园互动的良性开展。
With the methods of text analysis and interview,this study examined and analyzed the chat history between parents and teachers both in interaction groups and private chats among 15 classes at different grades of two kindergartens in Wuhan,Hubei,and conducted semi-structured interviews with 15 teachers and 15 parents.The result shows that the current kindergartenfamily interaction based on social network is parallelly positive interdependent,negative interdependent,or non-interdependent,and there is a large gap between what should be and what is.This is mainly related to the imbalance between the rights and responsibilities of parents and teachers,the lack of trust,and the lack of teachers'family education guidance and support.Therefore,it's suggested that parents should handle the relationship between"legal participation"and"appropriate participation",teachers should bear the dual responsibilities of"serving parents" and "guiding parents",and a stable,lasting and diversified interaction mechanism between parents and kindergarten should be established,so as to promote the healthy development of the kindergarten-family interaction based on social network.
