摘要
本试验研究不同果皮处理方式(去果皮、割伤果皮和果皮完好)、不同果皮厚度(厚果皮与薄果皮)、不同浓度赤霉素(100,300,500,800,1000 mg/L)和不同低温储藏时间(4个月与16个月)等对青冈种子萌发的影响。结果表明,薄果皮和厚果皮青冈分别于13 d和20 d开始萌发,萌发时长在80 d以上,萌发率分别为23.33%和24.00%。去除果皮后,薄果皮和厚果皮青冈种子均在第4天萌发,萌发时长分别为10 d和18 d,萌发率分别为96%和100%。割伤果皮后,薄果皮和厚果皮青冈种子分别在第8天和第13天开始萌发,萌发时长分别为37 d和76 d,萌发率分别为66.11%和62.00%。500 mg/L赤霉素浸泡24 h的青冈种子萌发率和萌发指数最高。4℃贮藏4个月和16个月的青冈种子间的萌发率差异不显著。
The effects of varied pericarp mechanical treatments(pericarp removal,pericarp cutting and integrity),pericarp thickness,different concentrations of gibberellin(100,300,500,800,1000 mg/L),and of storage time(4 or 16 months)at 4℃on germination on C.glauca seeds,used by petri dish techniques were studied.The resucts showed that the thin pericarp and thick pericarp seeds without treatment were germinated on the 13 th and 20 th day,respectively.The suspending of germination time was 80 days and the germination rates were 23.33%and 24.00%,respectively.However,both thin pericarp and thick pericarp seed began to germinate on the 4 th day by pericarp removal treatment.The suspending of germination time was 10 and 18 days,respectively.Moreover,the gemination rates were 96%and 100%,respectively.The thin and thick pericarp seeds by pericarp cutting treatment began to germinate on the 8 th day and 13 th day.The suspending of germination time were 37 and 76 days and their gemination rates were 66.11%and 62.00%,respectively.Seeds soaked with 500 mg/L gibberellin for 24 h had the highest seed germination rate and germination index.There were no significant differences in germination rates of C.glauca seeds between 4 and 16 months at 4℃storage.
