摘要
当前,互联网、云计算、大数据、人工智能等信息技术向金融业加速渗透,数字化转型已成为推动金融机构高质量发展的核心战略。如何实现从数字化建设向数智化经营转变,形成技术应用向业务发展的价值传导和价值创造,是金融机构开展数字化转型工作中经常面临的难题与挑战。实践表明,数字能力是金融机构运用数字技术,加速创新转型和创造新价值的核心动力。其中,战略平台化、业务数字化、数据业务化、运营中台化、风控数智化等五方面能力对金融机构数字化发展尤为重要。坚持价值导向、业务导向和需求牵引,将“五化”数字能力建设贯穿于顶层设计、业务创新、数据赋能和运营模式再造全过程,是金融机构深化数字化转型的有效路径。
At present, the information technology, such as Internet, cloud computing, big data and AI,has accelerated its penetration into the financial industry. Digital transformation has become the core strategy to promote the high-quality development of financial institutions. How to realize the transformation from digitalized construction to intelligent management and form the value transmission and value creation from technological application to business development? This is a serious problem and challenge that financial institutions often face on carrying out digitalized transformation. Practice shows that digital capabilities are the core driving force for the financial institutions to employ digital technology to accelerate the innovative transformation and create new value. There are five capabilities, including platform strategy, digital service, data service optimization, middle platform based operation, and digitalized risk control, are particularly important for the digitalized development of financial institutions. Following the principles of value orientation and demand traction,it is an effective way to deepen digitalized transformation that financial institutions focus on construction of the five digital capabilities through the whole process of business.
