摘要
中国共产党的诞生是探索中国式现代化的新的历史起点,为中国式现代化提供了领导力量,中华人民共和国的成立为中国式现代化创造了独立国家的政治制度基础,改革开放为中国式现代化开启了强大的发展动力。在中国式现代化的本质要求中,最重要的是坚持中国共产党领导;中国式现代化是涵盖各方面、各领域的现代化的系统工程,其特色既体现了马克思主义关于人的发展与社会进步的契合性认识,也体现了中国特色社会主义“五位一体”的总体总局。中国式现代化探索的一切成就归功于中国共产党的领导,中国共产党领导是新时代现代化建设的根本遵循。中国共产党领导推进的中国式现代化,是紧紧围绕最广大人民根本利益的现代化,是奉行人民至上的价值观、人民需求的利益观、人民主体的实践观相统一的现代化。中国共产党是中国式现代化内源性领导力量,依法治国是中国式现代化的内源性保障力量,中国人民是中国式现代化的内源性主体力量,文化是中国式现代化的内源性软实力支持。
The birth of the CPC is a new historical starting point for exploring Chinese path to modernization, providing leadership for Chinese path to modernization. The establishment of the People’s Republic of China has created the political system foundation of an independent country for Chinese path to modernization, and reform and opening up have opened a strong driving force for Chinese path to modernization. Among the essential requirements of Chinese modernization, the most important is to adhere to the leadership of the CPC. Chinese modernization is a systematic project covering all aspects and fields of modernization. Its characteristics not only reflect the Marxist understanding of the compatibility between human development and social progress, but also reflect the overall general administration of socialism with Chinese characteristics. All the achievements of Chinese path to modernization exploration are attributed to the leadership of the CPC, and the leadership of the CPC is the fundamental compliance of the modernization construction in the new era. The Chinese path to modernization promoted under the leadership of the CPC is a modernization that closely focuses on the fundamental interests of the overwhelming majority of the people, and is a modernization that adheres to the values of people first, the interests of people’s needs, and the practice of the people’s subject. CPC is the endogenous leading force of Chinese modernization, governing the country according to law is the endogenous guarantee force of Chinese modernization, the Chinese people are the endogenous main force of Chinese modernization, and culture is the endogenous soft power support of Chinese modernization.
