摘要
目的深入了解在校大学生两性情感、心理、行为、性向自我认知及艾滋病检测情况,为开展有针对性的健康教育和行为干预提供参考。方法通过微信小程序在90所大学推送调查问卷,使用SPSS 19.0进行数据统计分析,χ^(2)检验进行分类资料显著性检验。结果共调查4556名在校大学生,无论男生还是女生,均有一定数量对同性产生情感和心理吸引;2.0%(54/2733)的男生、1.5%(27/1823)的女生承认同性性向。男生(52.1%)承认有过性行为的比例明显高于女生(24.7%),χ^(2)=338.7,P<0.05。92.7%(2533/2733)的男生、95.3%(1738/1823)的女生未做过HIV检测,男生、女生做过HIV检测的抗体阳性率分别为5.0%(10/200)、3.5%(3/85)。有过性行为的男生(10.0%)和女生(8.2%)艾滋病检测的比例分别明显高于无性行为的男生(4.4%)和女生(3.5%)(χ^(2)值分别为33.7、17.0,P均<0.05)。结论高校在校大学生性行为发生率比较高,艾滋病检测比例比较低,需要进一步加强大学生性健康教育和干预,引导大学生形成良好的性观念,减少高危性行为的发生,树立“检测即预防”的理念,促进有高危行为的大学生及时进行艾滋病检测。
Objective To understand the emotional,psychological,behavioral and sexual cognition of different genders and HIV testing among college students.It will provide a reference for carrying out targeted health education and behavioral intervention.Methods The questionnaire survey was pushed to 90 universities through the WeChat program.SPSS 19.0 was used for the statistical data analysis.Results A total of 4,556 college students were investigated.Regardless the gender,a certain number of them had an emotional and psychological attraction to the same sex.2.0%(54/2733)of male students and 1.5%(27/1823)of female admitted to have a tendency to the same sex.Males(52.1%)admitted to have sexual behaviors significantly more often than females(24.7%)withχ^(2)=338.7,P<0.05.92.7%(2533/2733)of males and 95.3%(1738/1823)of females had never tested for HIV.Among those who ever tested for HIV,the antibody positivity rates among males and females for HIV were 5.0%(10/200)and 3.5%(3/85),respectively.The HIV testing rate among those who had sexual exposure was significantly higher than those who did not(males:10%vs.4.4%;females:8.2%vs.3.5%,χ^(2)values were 33.7 and 17.0,respectively,P<0.05 for all).Conclusions The incidence of sexual behavior in college students is relatively high with a certain proportion of boys having experienced same-sex behavior.The HIV testing rate is relatively low.It is necessary to further strengthen sexual health education and intervention among college students,aiming to guide college students to form good sexual concepts,reduce the occurrence of high-risk sexual behaviors,establish the awareness of"detection is prevention",and promote college students with highrisk behaviors to carry out HIV testing promptly.
