摘要
目的 观察中医辨证施护联合情志护理治疗围绝经期妇女心悸症状的效果。方法 120例患者简单随机抽样分成治疗组和对照组,治疗组和对照组在给予一般基础治疗的同时,治疗组给予中医辨证施护联合情志护理。通过对比治疗前后两组中医证候疗效、汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)评分、健康调查量表(SF-36)评分结果以评价疗效。结果 治疗后,两组患者在中医证候方面有明显的改善,且治疗组优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组患者抑郁量表评分(6.3±2.1)分,优于对照组的(9.5±2.3)分,组间比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组SF-36评分比较均明显改善,且治疗组改善效果优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 中医辨证施护联合情志护理能够有效改善患者心悸的症状,改善其情感生活质量,取得了良好的临床疗效。
Objective To observe the effect of TCM syndrome differentiation nursing combined with emotional nursing on perimenopausal women with palpitations. Methods 120 patients were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group.The treatment group and the control group were given the same general basic treatment methods,while the treatment group was given TCM syndrome differentiation nursing combined with emotional nursing.The curative effect of the two groups was evaluated by comparing the curative effect of TCM syndromes,Hamilton( HAMD) Depression scale score and health survey scale SF-36 score before and after treatment.Results The scores of TCM syndromes in the two groups were significantly improved,and the treatment group was superior to the control group,with a statistically significant difference( P <0.05).The score of depression scale in the treatment group was(6.3±2.1)points,which was better than that in the control group(9.5 ±2.3)points.The difference between the groups was statistically significant(P <0.05).The SF-36 scores of the two groups were significantly improved,and the improvement effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P <0.05).Conclusion TCM syndrome differentiation nursing combined with emotional nursing can effectively improve the symptoms of palpitations,improve their emotional life quality,and achieve good clinical efficacy.
