摘要
如何将悬臂式掘进机与金属矿岩体特性、采矿方法、采矿工艺相结合,进行合适的设备选型,成为制约掘进机顺利使用及效率发挥的重点。通过分析悬臂式掘进机截齿截割破岩过程,以金属矿掘进机机械采矿为研究背景,提出了悬臂式掘进机设备优化选型方法。以实际矿山为研究对象,获取矿山现场岩样来开展单截齿截割破岩试验,测试截齿破岩的最大截割力与比能耗。将160、200、260、318型号悬臂式掘进机截割头截齿截割力转化为单截齿截割破岩力,并与截齿截割破岩试验结果进行对比,以此推荐满足破岩能力要求的掘进机截割功率。基于上述研究成果,对实际工况下截割效率与生产能力进行预测,详细测算其采矿作业技术经济指标,从而实现对悬臂式掘进机进行优选,最终推荐适用于矿山的悬臂式掘进机设备型号为260型。通过上述方法创新了地下非煤矿山掘进机设备选型方法,弥补了传统仅靠岩石单体强度经验推荐掘进机的缺陷,适用于我国非煤金属矿山的悬臂式掘进机设备优化选型。
How combine the cantilever roadheader with the characteristics of metal mine rock mass,mining method,and mining technology,and to choose the appropriate cantilever roadheader has become the key to restricting the smooth use and efficiency of the roadheader in this mining area.Based on the analysis of the rock cutting process of cantilever roadheader,the optimization method of equipment selection for cantilever roadheader is proposed with the research background of metal mine roadheader mechanical mining.Taking the actual mine as the research object,the rock sample of the mine site was obtained to carry out the rock cutting test with the single cutting tooth,and the maximum cutting force and specific energy consumption of the rock cutting tooth were tested.The cutting force of the cutting head of 160,200,260,and 318 cantilever roadheader are transformed into the cutting force of single cutting gear,and compared with the test results of cutting gear cutting rock,to recommend the cutting power of road header meeting the requirement of rock cutting ability.Based on the above research results,the cutting efficiency and production capacity under the actual working conditions are predicted,and the mining operation technical and economic indicators are calculated in detail,to realize the optimization of the cantilever tunneling machine.Finally,the cantilever tunneling machine suitable for the mine is recommended as a 260 cantilever tunneling machine.Through the above method,the equipment selection method of underground non-coal mine tunneling machine is innovated,which makes up the defect of traditional tunneling machine recommended only by rock monomer strength experience,and is suitable for the optimization selection of cantilever tunneling machine equipment of non-coal metal mines in China.
