头花蓼不同提取物的抗氧化、抗炎及抗菌活性 被引量:5

摘要 目的探讨苗药头花蓼不同提取物(水、乙醇、乙酸乙酯及正丁醇提取物)的抗氧化、抗炎及抗菌活性。方法采集11批次黔产苗药头花蓼药材,采用回流提取法制备水、乙醇、乙酸乙酯及正丁醇苗药头花蓼提取物,用1,1二苯基-2-苦酰基肼(DPPH)自由基清除能力测定抗氧化活性、用脂多糖(LPS)诱导产生NO模型筛选抗炎活性、用微量肉汤倍比稀释法测定最低抑菌浓度(MIC)筛选其抗菌活性。结果乙酸乙酯提取物浓度为10 mg/L时,对DPPH的清除率为90%~99%;乙酸乙酯提取物对金黄色葡萄球菌(SA)、绿脓杆菌(PA)及大肠杆菌(EC)的最低抑菌浓度(MIC)分别为0.18~0.65 g/L、0.13~0.82 g/L及0.15~0.78 g/L;在抗炎活性测试中,乙酸乙酯提取物抑制NO的生成,抑制率为70%。结论苗药头花蓼乙酸乙酯提取物与乙醇提取物具有较强的抗氧化、抗炎及抗菌活性。 Objective To investigate the antioxidant,anti-inflammatory,and antibacterial activity of different extracts(water,ethanol,ethyl acetate,and n-butanol extracts)from Polygonum capitatum.Methods Eleven batches of P.capitatum in Guizhou were collected,and water,ethanol,ethyl acetate and n-butanol seedlings were prepared by reflux extraction.Antioxidant activity was determined by radical scavenging capacity of 1,1 diphenyl-2-picyl hydrazine(DPPH),anti-inflammatory activity was screened by lipopolysaccharide(LPS),and the minimum antibacterial concentration(MIC)was screened by microdilution.Results When the concentration of ethyl acetate extract was 10 mg/L,the clearance of DPPH ranged from 90%to 99%.The minimum inhibitory concentration(MIC)of the ethyl acetate extract against Staphylococcus aureus(SA),Pseudomonas aeruginosa(PA)and Escherichia coli(EC)was 0.18-0.65 g/L,0.13-0.82 g/L,and 0.15-0.78 g/L,respectively.In the anti-inflammatory activity,ethyl acetate extract inhibited NO production with 70%inhibition.Conclusion The ethyl acetate and ethanol extract have strong antioxidant,anti-inflammatory,and antibacterial activity.
