摘要
高压辊磨机作为一种高效粉碎设备,在铁矿石加工领域中的应用比较成熟,且与预抛尾工艺联合使用在低品位铁矿石的分选中起到较好的效果,而随着对其重视程度的提升,近年来高压辊磨机也开始逐渐应用于有色金属矿山。本文基于高压辊磨机的结构、工作原理,结合高压辊磨机在有色金属矿山应用实例与高压辊磨技术对后续选别作业影响的研究,系统阐述了其在有色金属选矿中的应用优势,同时指出了高压辊磨技术与半自磨技术在有色金属选矿领域的适用条件;简明介绍了开路破碎、边料返回半闭路粉碎和筛分全闭路粉碎三种粉碎工艺在有色金属矿山的选择依据和应用实例,同时结合高压辊磨机超细碎-预选工艺在低品位铁矿石选矿中的应用,对高压辊磨与粗粒抛尾技术联合工艺应用于低品位有色金属矿石资源进行展望。
High pressure grinding rolls is a kind of high-efficiency crushing equipment,which has been widely used in the field of iron ore processing,and has a good effect in the separation of low-grade iron ore when combined with pre tailing process.With the increase of attention to it,high pressure grinding rolls has also been gradually applied to non-ferrous metal mines in recent years.Based on the structure and working principle of high pressure grinding rolls and combined with the application examples of high pressure grinding rolls in non-ferrous metal mines and the research on the influence of high pressure grinding rolls technology on subsequent beneficiation operations,the advantages of high pressure grinding rolls in non-ferrous metal beneficiation are systematically expounded in this paper.At the same time,the applicable conditions of high pressure grinding rolls and semi-autogenous grinding technology in non-ferrous metal beneficiation are pointed out.This paper briefly introduces the selection basis and application examples of three comminution processes in non-ferrous metal mines that open-circuit crushing,semi-closed-circuit crushing of side material return and full-closed-circuit crushing of screening.At the same time,combined with the application of high pressure grinding rolls ultra-fine crushing-pre-separation process in the beneficiation of low-grade iron ore,a prospect is made for the application of the combined process of high pressure grinding rolls and coarse-grained tail throwing technology in the low grade non-ferrous metal ore resources.
