摘要
从马克思主义政治经济学的传统观点来看,租金通常被视作剩余价值分配的一种特定形式,但其在剩余价值生产中的作用仍需充分讨论。本文基于马克思主义政治经济学的基本理论与方法,构建了租金影响经济增长的一般性分析框架。研究表明,租金会通过作用于相对剩余价值生产和社会总资本扩大再生产来影响经济增长,而这两种作用的大小取决于租金榨取的阶级结构、竞争的制度形式、土地所有权形式、国家的制度形式及国际贸易与国际金融等制度形式,从而初步考察了租金与社会总产值之间的关系,为扩展马克思主义政治经济学的增长与分配理论提供了一个新的视角。
From the traditional viewpoint of Marxist political economy,rent is usually regarded as a specific form of surplus value distribution,but its role in surplus value production still needs to be fully discussed.This article uses the basic theories and methods of Marxist economics to construct a general analysis framework for the effect of rent on economic growth.The research shows that rent affects economic growth by acting on the production of relative surplus value and the expanded reproduction of total social capital,and the magnitude of these two effects depends on the class structure of rent extraction,the institutional form of competition,the form of land ownership,the institutional form of the state,and the institutional forms of international trade and international finance,so as to preliminarily examines the relationship between rent and gross social output,thereby providing a new perspective for extending Marxist theory of growth and distribution.
