摘要
目的:探讨围手术期优质护理干预经皮后外侧椎间孔镜下髓核摘除术的效果。方法:选取2020年3月-2022年3月新疆医科大学第四附属医院收治的行经皮后外侧椎间孔镜下髓核摘除术患者60例为研究对象,根据随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,各30例。观察组给予围手术期优质护理干预,对照组给予常规护理干预,比较两组患者治疗效果、疼痛程度(VAS评分)和日常生活能力(Barthel指数)、并发症发生率。结果:观察组总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);护理后,两组患者VAS评分均降低,Barthel指数均升高,观察组VAS评分低于对照组,Barthel指数高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组并发症发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:围手术期优质护理干预可提高经皮后外侧椎间孔镜下髓核摘除术的治疗效果,减轻患者痛苦,改善日常生活能力,并发症较少。
Objective:To explore the effect of perioperative nursing intervention on percutaneous posterolateral transforaminal endoscopic discectomy.Methods:Sixty patients admitted to the Fourth Affiliated Hospital of Xinjiang Medical University from March 2020 to March 2022 who underwent percutaneous posterior posterolateral foraminotomy were selected as study subjects and were divided into control group and observation group according to the random number table method,30 cases each.The observation group was given perioperative quality nursing intervention and the control group was given conventional nursing intervention,and the treatment effect,pain level(VAS score)and daily living ability(Barthel index),and complication rate of the two groups were compared.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After care,the VAS scores decreased and Barthel index increased in both groups,and the VAS scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group and Barthel index was higher than that in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Quality perioperative nursing intervention can improve the therapeutic effect of percutaneous posterior posterolateral foraminotomy,reduce patients'pain,improve their daily living ability,and have fewer complications.
