摘要
非洲猪瘟(African swine fever,ASF)是由非洲猪瘟病毒(African swine fever virus,ASFV)感染引起的猪的一种高度接触性、致死性传染病,病死率可达100%,世界动物卫生组织(OIE)将其列为必须报告的疫病,在我国被列为一类动物疫病。因ASFV具有庞大的基因组和复杂的免疫逃逸机制,给疫苗的研发带来了困难,目前尚无商品化的疫苗用于本病的防制。为了更深入地了解ASFV,加快ASF疫苗的研发进程,做到对ASF的有效防制,重点对ASFV基础病毒学的最新研究发现与成果进行综述,主要集中在ASFV的蛋白质功能与作用机制、诊断方法以及疫苗的开发进展方面,以期为ASF的有效防制奠定基础。
African swine fever(ASF)is an acute infectious disease of pigs caused by African swine fever virus(ASFV)infection,which is classified as a notifiable disease by the World Organization for Animal Health(OIE)and classified as a class one animal disease in China.ASFV has a large genome and a complex immune escape mechanism,which makes it difficult to develop a vaccine.Currently,there is no commercial vaccine for the prevention and control of ASFV.In order to better understand ASFV and accelerate the development of ASF vaccine to effectively prevent and control ASF,this paper focuses on the latest research findings and achievements in basic virology of ASFV,focusing on the protein function and mechanism of action,diagnostic methods and vaccine development of ASFV to lay foundation for the prevention and control of ASF.
