摘要
PBL教学法是一种以问题为基础、以学生为中心、以教师为引导的小组讨论及自学的教学模式。所谓融合PBL教学法,则是以问题为导向的教学法(problem-based learning,PBL)与以案例为导向的教学法(case-based learning,CBL)、以团队为导向的教学(team-based learning,TBL)等教学方法的有机结合,力求让医学生在解决真实案例的过程中,形成解决临床问题的技能,培养自主学习的能力。文章通过对儿科课程体系的现状以及当前医学发展下的传统PBL教学的反思,指出“互联网+”应用融合PBL教学法是符合儿科学课程改革需要、医学院校特色教育需要以及时代发展需要的一种教学模式。由此在儿科学中探索构建出了“互联网+”融合PBL教学法的教学方案。
PBL teaching method is a problem-based,student-centered,teacher led group discussion and self-study teaching mode.The so-called integration of PBL teaching mode is the organic combination of PBL teaching method with CBL,TBL and other teaching methods,which aims to enable medical students to form the skills of solving clinical problems and cultivate the ability of autonomous learning in the process of solving real cases.Based on the current situation of pediatrics curriculum system and the reflection of traditional PBL teaching under the current medical development,this paper points out that the application of integrated PBL teaching mode under the background of Internet is a teaching mode that meets the needs of Pediatrics curriculum reform,characteristic education in medical colleges and the development of the times.Thus,we explored and constructed a teaching scheme integrating PBL teaching mode under the background of Internet in pediatrics.
