弹簧床垫铺垫料对人体仰卧脊柱形态和体压分布的影响 被引量:1

摘要 以五区弹簧床垫为研究对象,从3款不同铺垫材料的角度入手,通过测量人体在仰卧时床垫下陷量和体压分布情况,以探究弹簧铺垫材料对仰卧时脊柱形态和睡眠舒适性的影响。研究结果表明人体在仰卧时,肩部、腰部、臀部的压力分布情况和脊柱形态与床垫铺垫材料有密切的关系。五区弹簧床垫的铺垫料为记忆海绵时,床垫下陷量最大且平均压强较小,整体较为舒适;铺垫材料为乳胶海绵时,人体肩背部与床垫接触面积变小,肩背部下陷量也相应变小,人体脊柱形态曲线斜率较小,有助于背部和臀部与站姿脊柱形态相吻合。研究结果为床垫的铺垫料设计方法提供了理论依据。 The five-zone spring mattress was taken as the research object from the perspective of three different matting materials,the effect of spring matting material on spine shape and sleep comfort was explored by measuring the amount of mattress subsidence and body pressure distribution during supine lying. The results show that the pressure distribution of shoulder,waist and hip and the shape of spine are closely related to mattress matting materials. When the matting material of five-zone spring mattress is memory sponge,the mattress subsidence is the largest and the average pressure is small,and the whole is more comfortable. When the matting material is latex sponge,the contact area between the human shoulder and the mattress becomes smaller,the subsidence of the shoulder and the back becomes smaller,and the slope of the curve of the human spine is smaller,which helps the back and buttocks to match the spine shape of the standing posture. The results will provide a theoretical basis for the design of matting materials for mattresses.
