摘要
采用溶胶-凝胶法再经过热处理制备了Y_(2)O_(3):Eu^(3+)和Y_(2)O_(3)-SiO_(2):Eu^(3+)发光材料。研究了两个温度(200、600℃)及Eu离子的掺杂浓度与材料的结构及发光性质之间的关系。通过X射线衍射(XRD)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、傅里叶红外光谱(FT IR)、荧光光谱对材料的物相及发光性能进行了表征。XRD结果显示,Y_(2)O_(3):Eu^(3+)和Y_(2)O_(3)-SiO_(2):Eu^(3+)材料的主要衍射峰与Y_(2)O_(3)标准卡号43-1036数据基本一致。结果表明,温度和(Eu^(3+))含量会影响荧光发射峰的峰位及强度。
Luminescent materials of Y_(2)O_(3):Eu^(3+)and Y_(2)O_(3)-SiO_(2):Eu^(3+)were prepared by sol-gel method followed by heat treatment.The relationship among structure,luminescent properties and temperature(200 and 600℃),doping concentration of Eu ions were studied.X-ray diffraction spectrum(XRD),Scanning electron microscope(SEM),Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FT IR)and luminescence spectra were used to characterize the phase and luminescence properties of materials.XRD results showed that the diffraction peaks of Y_(2)O_(3):Eu^(3+)and Y_(2)O_(3)-SiO_(2):Eu^(3+)are basically consistent with the data of Y_(2)O_(3)standard card number 43-1036.The results showed that temperature and doping concentration of Eu ions can affect the position and intensity of fluorescence emission peak.
