离子膜法电解槽电压异常升高原因

摘要 查找电解槽电压持续每天升高3mV的具体原因。经排查,离子膜上沉积的杂质不足以引起槽电压升高这么大的幅度。考虑是盐水中有机碳和硅含量过高引起槽电压过高。从控制一次盐水品质入手,调整精制盐和湿盐配比,将二次精制盐水中T0C含量控制在0.007%左右,槽电压呈现平稳趋势,未再出现升高现象。 The causes that the electrolytic cell voltage continues to rise by 3 mV every day are found out.According to the investigation,the impurities deposited on the ionic membrane are not enough to cause such a large rise in the cell voltage.It is considered that the organic carbon content and silicon content in the brine is too high,resulting in the high cell voltage.Starting from controlling the quality of primary brine,adjusting the ratio of refined salt to wet salt,the TOC content in secondary refined brine is controlled at about 0.007%.Thus,the cell voltage shows a stable trend without any increase.
