摘要
煤与瓦斯突出矿井在生产过程中,防治煤与瓦斯突出一直是重大灾害治理的第一位,实际工作中防突钻孔设计使用矿井瓦斯地质图或采掘工程平面图作为底图,是由正射投影方法生成的图形,技术人员在二维图形上进行钻孔的设计,无法直观展现钻孔与煤层的关系。文章提出了一种基于防突钻孔设计图的煤层和防突钻孔三维可视化的解决方案,使用.NET技术进行AutoCAD二次开发提取建模需用的基础数据,使用WPF 3D技术进行模型建立,研究了煤层和钻孔的三维可视化方法,对煤层、巷道、钻孔进行定量表达和逼真描绘,不仅可以使技术人员更加形象地理解煤层空间形态、煤层与钻孔、巷道与钻孔之间的空间位置关系,还可以为钻孔空白带研究、煤层瓦斯含量、钻孔智能化设计等打下良好的基础,提升矿井数字化管理水平,促进煤矿信息化、自动化建设。
During the production process of coal and gas outburst mines, the prevention and control of coal and gas outburst has always been the first in major disaster management. In actual work, The design of the anti-outburst drilling uses the mine gas geological map or the excavation engineering plan as the base map. It is a graphic generated by an orthographic projection diagram. The technicians design the boreholes on the two-dimensional graphics, which cannot directly show the relationship between the boreholes and the coal seam. This paper proposes a solution for 3D visualization of coal seams and outburst prevention holes based on the design drawings of outburst prevention holes. Using.NET technology for secondary development of AutoCAD to extract basic data for modeling, Model building using WPF 3D technology, study the visualization method of coal seam and stratification, Quantitative expression and realistic depiction of coal seams, roadways and boreholes can not only enable technicians to more vividly understand the spatial form of coal seams, the spatial relationship between coal seams and boreholes, roadways and boreholes, but also provide a blank zone for boreholes. Research, coal seam gas content, intelligent drilling design, etc., lay a good foundation, improve the level of digital management of mines, and promote the construction of coal mine informatization and automation.
