摘要
随着我国经济的飞速发展,各企事业单位对来访人员的管理提出了更高的要求。以往都是来访人员到达现场后进行人工登记,这种管理模式存在明显的不足,人工登记不仅效率低下、信息杂乱且不易长久保存。随着计算机软硬件以及互联网的飞速发展,可以实现相关流程电子化,并基于企事业单位的微信公众平台来推广应用,这样可以提前预约登记申请来访人员,企事业单位人员进行相关信息确认并通过申请。另外,企事业单位人员可以主动邀约相关人员来访,发出电子邀请函,受邀人员可以对邀请函进行确认等操作。
With the rapid development of China’s economy, enterprises and institutions have put forward higher requirements for the management of visitors. In the past, visitors were registered manually after arriving at the site, and this management mode has obvious shortcomings, as manual registration is not only inefficient, messy and not easy to keep for a long time. With the rapid development of computer hardware and software as well as the Internet, it is possible to realize the process electronically and promote the application based on the public platform of WeChat of enterprises and institutions, so that the visitors can be registered in advance and the enterprise and institution personnel can confirm the relevant information and pass the application. In addition, the enterprise and institution personnel can take the initiative to invite the relevant personnel to visit, send out electronic invitations, and the invited personnel can confirm the invitations and other operations.
