摘要
以南京某农村别墅为例,对夏热冬冷地区既有居住建筑外围护结构节能改造措施进行研究,利用PHPP以及热桥模拟软件研究分析了增加外墙厚度、屋面保温方式,外窗安装方式以及遮阳设置对建筑制冷和制热能耗的影响。最终得出满足PHPP能耗要求的夏热冬冷地区既有建筑围护结构的改造方案。
The energy-efficient retrofitting of the building envelope for existing residential buildings in the Hot Summer and Cold Winter(HSCW)zone will be researched,calculation model based on a rural villa in Nanjing.The PHPP(Passive House Planning Package)tool and a thermal bridge simulation software will be used to analyze the effects of insulation thickness on external walls,position and thickness of roof insulation,the installation position of external windows,external shading elements on the annual heating and cooling demand.In the end,the external building envelope retrofit proposals will be developed,which meet the requirements in PHPP for existing residential buildings.
