宣传工作是医院工作的重要组成,在当前和今后一个时期,应坚持统筹做好疫情防控和医疗服务工作这条主线,建设高素质的院内通讯员队伍、充分发挥院外专业媒体队伍的作用,突出从属卫生健康行业、医院自身发展、新媒体时效性强等三个定位,打造自媒体平台、网站、内部出版物、院内文化宣传阵地这四个平台,努力实现医院凝聚力进一步提升、在业内的影响力进一步提升、宣传受众进一步扩大、宣传效果进一步增强、科室开展宣传工作的积极性进一步提高的五个目标。
Publicity is an important part of the hospital’s work. In the current and future period, we should adhere to the main line of coordinating epidemic prevention and control and medical services, build a high-quality team of hospital correspondents and give full play to the role of professional media teams outside the hospital. Highlighting the three orientations of subordination to the health industry, hospital development, and strong timeliness of new media, we should create four platforms, including the self-publishing platform, website, internal publications, and internal cultural propaganda positions, in an effort to achieve the five goals of further strenthening the hospital’s cohesion, enhancing the influence in the industry, expanding the propaganda audience, enhancing the propaganda effect, and increasing the enthusiasm of the departments to carry out propaganda work.
