长期连作对甜叶菊植株养分及糖苷含量的影响

摘要 为探明长期连作对甜叶菊生长及其糖苷积累的影响,以连作2年为对照,研究连作8年后甜叶菊的生长指标、养分含量及甜菊糖苷含量变化。结果表明:长期连作显著降低株高、茎粗及分枝数,其中株高和茎粗分别比连作2年下降21.84%和35.81%,分枝数比连作2年减少2.2个;连作8年后单株茎、叶干质量仅为连作2年的40.95%和42.32%;除硼元素外,长期连作显著改变植株氮、磷、钾、钙、镁、锌、铜、铁和锰元素的含量,但连作8年后单株养分积累量整体呈下降趋势,各种元素单株养分积累量茎叶总计连作8年比连作2年降低16.42%~77.27%;连作8年丰富了叶片中糖苷组分并显著增加甜菊糖苷的相对含量,连作2年和连作8年的糖苷总含量分别为8.50%和16.30%,但主要糖苷组分STV和RA的单株积累量仍显著低于连作2年,连作8年STV和RA占总苷含量分别比连作2年降低4.98、7.94个百分点,RC增加1.29个百分点;单株积累量STV和RA分别比连作2年减少39.06%和32.87%。综上,连作不利于甜叶菊生长,抑制植株养分和叶片糖苷积累,但对微量糖苷组分有一定的改善作用。 To investigate the effect of long-term continuous cropping on the growth and glyconside content of Stevia rebaudiana,taking 2-year continuous cropping as a control,the growth index,nutrient content and steviol glycoside content of stevia after 8-year continuous cropping were investigated.The following results were obtained.Long-term continuous cropping significantly reduced the plant height,stem diameter,branch number.The plant height and stem diameter decreased by 21.84%and 35.81%,respectively.The number of branches decreased by 2.2 compared with 2-year continuous cropping;the stem and leaf dry mass per plant after 8 years continuous cropping were merely 40.95%and 42.32%of 2-year continuous cropping,respectively.Except for boron,long-term continuous cropping significantly altered the content of nitrogen,phosphorus,potassium,calcium,magnesium,zinc,copper,iron and manganese in plants,while the nutrient accumulation per plant after 8 years continuous cropping showed an overall downward trend,and the total amount of nutrient accumulation of various elements for 8 years continuous cropping decreased by 16.42%to 77.27%;8-year continuous cropping enriched glycoside components and significantly increased glycoside content,and the total glycoside content of 2-years and 8-year continuous cropping were 8.50%and 16.30%,respectively;but percentage of STV and RA in total glycoside content decreased by 4.98 and 7.94 percentage points,and RC increased by 1.29 percentage points,respectively.The accumulation of major glycoside components STV and RA per plant was still significantly lower than 2-year continuous cropping,decreasing by 39.06%and 32.87%,respectively.In summary,continuous cropping was not conducive to the growth of stevia,significantly inhibited the accumulation of nutrients and glycosides,but probably had a certain improvement effect on the trace glycoside components.
