摘要
厨余垃圾含水量高,成分复杂,如果储存不当,便会腐烂发臭、危害环境。随着城市化进程不断加快,厨余垃圾产生量快速提升,当前急需高效合理的处理方式。作为一种利用价值高的生物质资源,厨余垃圾有极大的资源化利用前景。本文对比分析不同厨余垃圾处理方式的碳排放量及特点,得出“压榨预处理+干组分焚烧+湿组分厌氧发酵”是符合碳减排的处理方法,以推进乌鲁木齐市厨余垃圾的资源化,进而实现碳达峰碳中和目标。
Kitchen waste has high water content and complex components, if it is not stored properly, it will rot, whiff and harm the environment. With the accelerating process of urbanization, the amount of kitchen waste is increasing rapidly,and efficient and reasonable treatment methods are urgently needed at present. As a biomass resource with high utilization value, kitchen waste has a great prospect of resource utilization. This paper compares and analyzes the carbon emissions and characteristics of different kitchen waste disposal methods, and draws a conclusion that "pressing pretreatment+dry component incineration+wet component anaerobic fermentation" is a treatment method in line with carbon emission reduction, so as to promote the recycling of kitchen waste in Urumqi City, and then achieve the goal of carbon peaking and carbon neutrality.
