热解技术下城市固废资源化利用研究

摘要 可再生能源利用是经济社会可持续发展的客观要求,可以与热解技术相结合。城市固体废物是一种可再生资源,具有巨大的开发潜力。作为一种容易实现的能源生产工艺,热解技术可以将城市固体废物转化为生物燃料。螺旋反应器是目前应用最广的固体垃圾热解设备,其传热能力强,能耗较低。总体而言,城市固体废物热解产物中,油约占43%,生物炭约占27%,合成气约占25%。研究表明,热解技术是一种高效的环保技术,可以将城市固体废物作为原料,生产生物燃料和其他增值产品。 Renewable energy utilization is the objective requirement of sustainable economic and social development, which can be combined with pyrolysis technology. Municipal solid waste is a kind of renewable resource with great potential for development. As an easily realized energy production process, pyrolysis technology can convert municipal solid waste into biofuel. Spiral reactor is the most widely used solid waste pyrolysis equipment at present, with strong heat transfer capacity and low energy consumption. In general, oil accounts for 43%, biochar for 27% and syngas for 25% of the pyrolysis products of municipal solid waste. The research shows that pyrolysis technology is an efficient environmental protection technology,which can use municipal solid waste as raw materials to produce biofuels and other value-added products.
