摘要
现有评价方法中设置的指标过于单一,导致不同等级用户资源分配评价结果间的差异较小,针对这一问题提出全新的华为云平台资源服务质量自动化评价方法。该方法获取云平台资源服务能力映射规则,通过该规则表示资源服务能力的变化幅度;通过所选取的评价指标构建华为云平台资源服务质量模型;采用模糊物元法设计模型自动化评价功能,实现对华为云平台资源服务质量的自动化评价。通过实验验证方法灵敏性、矫正能力、稳定性,满足要求后检验其评价效果。该方法得到的质量评价结果有显著差异,可满足用户对于自动化评价方法的要求。
The indicators set in the existing evaluation methods are too single, resulting in small differences in the evaluation results of user resource allocation at different levels. To solve this problem, a new automatic evaluation method for the quality of resources and services of the Huawei cloud platform is proposed. This method obtains the cloud platform resource service capability mapping rule, and expresses the change range of the resource service capability through the rule. It constructs the resource service quality model of the Huawei cloud platform through the selected evaluation indicators, uses the fuzzy matter-element method to design the automatic evaluation function of the model to realize the correctness automatic evaluation of resource service quality of Huawei cloud platform. The sensitivity, correction ability, and stability of the method are verified through experiments, and the evaluation effect is tested after meeting the requirements. The quality evaluation results obtained by the design methods have significant differences, which can meet the requirements of users for automated evaluation methods.
