基于热-流-湿多物理场仿真的恶劣天气GIS预制舱凝露研究 被引量:3

Condensation Study of GIS Prefabricated Cabin in Severe Weather Based on Thermal-fluid-humidity Multiphysics Field Coupling Simulation

摘要 预制舱变电站具有占地面积小、建设周期短等优点,目前处于试点阶段。在高温高湿的华南地区,预制舱内有发生凝露的风险,凝露不仅会腐蚀金属、削弱设备的机械强度,还会降低电气设备外绝缘的性能。为了研究典型天气条件下预制舱内凝露的发生及其时段和位置,建立气体绝缘组合电器(gas-insulated switchgear,GIS)舱内热-流-湿度场耦合的多物理场数学模型,通过瞬态仿真分析正常天气下预制舱内各个物理场的分布规律,研究温度骤降和“回南天”天气条件下舱内凝露的发生情况。研究发现:正常天气下舱内未发生凝露,舱内温度最低的位置往往也是相对湿度最高的位置;温度骤降时舱内壁及靠近舱壁的开关柜发生凝露,建议提前打开舱门或使用空调降低舱内空气温度以防凝露;“回南天”时舱内发生大面积、长时间的凝露,包括舱内壁、开关柜表面、GIS外壳底部、汇控柜外表面中间和底部,建议提前封闭预制舱以阻止外部湿热气流的进入,或提前用空调加热提高舱内温度以防凝露。 The prefabricated cabin substation is being deployed in the power grid for its minor covered area and short building period.However,there is risk of condensation in the cabin in the hot and humid weather in south China,which may corrode the metal,weaken mechanical strength and reduce the performance of external insulation of equipment.To find out the time and positions of condensation process inside the cabin in typical ambient weathers,a mathematical model of the thermal-fluid-humid coupled multiphysics field of the GIS prefabricated cabin is built.By analyzing the distribution of each field in normal weather condition based on instantaneous simulation,this paper studies the condensation state in the GIS cabin under abrupt temperature drop and in the moist weather in south China.It is found that the lowest temperature position always coincides with the highest humidity position in the cabin under the normal weather condition.When surrounding temperature decreases abruptly,condensation happens on the inner surface of the cabin and switch cabinet,which is suggested to be avoided by opening cabin door or air conditioner.In the moist weather,large area of condensation is continuously detected on the inner surface,the switch cabinet surface,the bottom of GIS shell,the bottom and middle area of centralized control cabinet.The paper suggests to keep the cabin sealed rigidly to prevent entry of high temperature and humid airflow or heat up the cabin by air conditioner in advance.
