摘要
本领恐慌是一种知识和能力的恐慌,它是压力,也是动力。辅导员要有本领恐慌的意识,也要有克服本领恐慌的信心。高校辅导员本领恐慌主要表现在:理想信念薄弱、政策执行力不足、控制协调力不够、引导感召力不强、学习创新力欠缺等方面。造成本领恐慌的原因主要有点:疏于学习、怠于研究、懒于实践。与此同时,辅导员要想克服本领恐慌,需要做到以下个方面:勤学、勤思,不断提高自身的综合素质和综合能力;针对实践问题开展理论研究,以研究促发展;在实践中增长自身的才干和本领。
Fear of incompetence refers to people’s self-doubt on their knowledge and ability.It is associated with pressure as well as motivation.Counselors are supposed to be aware of it and confident to overcome it.College counselors’ fear of incompetence is mainly manifested in the following aspects: weak ideals and convictions, insufficient policy implementation, inadequate control and coordination, weak guidance and attraction, and lack of learning capacity and innovation.Neglect of learning, as well as laziness to conduct research and practice are mainly responsible for this.In order to overcome their fear of incompetence, counselors need to study and think diligently so as to continuously improve their comprehensive quality and ability, carry out theoretical research on practical problems to promote development, and foster skills and competence in practice.
